I was running the marathon that weekend so location was absolutely perfect. Our room had a sea view which was perfect. The only negative comment I would say would be that after 42kms a bath would have been fantastic. I used the pool however which was fantastic. (Reviewed by Anne Hentschke on 20-Feb-2012)
What did you think about our service?... Brilliant service, absolutely no complaints. As it was a long time ago I am unable to remember the gentleman's name who I spoke to while booking. He was extremely helpful.

the Mantra Port Sea is just beautiful. The Lagoon Pool is gorgeous, with a swim up bar. I would definitely stay here again. Suits both couples and families (Reviewed by Leanne Mercieca on 16-Feb-2012)

We all enjoyed our stay at Ultra, very good position with magnificent views especially at night you can see the lights of the Gold Coast for miles, the facilities were first class especially the pool. There were 5 of us from 34 to 91 the kitchen very well equiped and lounge with plenty of seating for everyone. (Reviewed by Sharon Burrill on 15-Feb-2012)

My sisters and I took our Mother on a weeks holiday staying in a 3 bedroom apartment on the beachfront. The views were spectacular. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Can thoroughly recommend. We had no trouble booking in or out. Asked for maintenence to help operate the stove. He was there quickly and was very understanding of our stupidity. Property caters for everyone, from families with young kids to couples only with their different pool areas. Property was well maintained, probably the only downside were the cockroaches in the rooms. Will definately return in future. (Reviewed by Joana Martins on 14-Feb-2012)

Exellent location, easy checkin.Beautiful garden settings and fantastic poolside amenities.Good size appartment,although it was very untidy, dirty and lots of broken appliances.Lots of things didn't work in room. (Reviewed by Keran on 13-Feb-2012)

Beach Haven at Broadbeach

During our stay, there were repairs in the hallway and on the floor above. The repairs in the hallway didn't affect the stay but you should be told before discovering when you land on the floor. There were repairs during the day where mango hammers were used which did disturb the stay. On both matters I discussed with the front desk who were pretty ho hum about everything. What did you think about our service?... I have stayed at Gemini Ct a few times. And believed I was getting a good price. I booked a 1 Br with Views, and requested midway up , which I believed so. On arrival 1 Br units are on the ground lower levels. I had to pay extra to go up to get Views and get a Two bedroom unit. No happy with go accommodation.

The Brochure looked pretty enough, but beware - only some of the accommodation has received this glamorous refurbishment!!!! Our room looked nothing like the brochure - it made not been updated in any way since the 1980's. I was allergic to something in the room and could not stop sneezing... And then the toilet door became locked with no-one in it and it could not be repaired. The main pool looks family friendly enough, but sadly there was only about 1 meter that my daughter (120cm) could actually stand up in so was unsuitable for her or my adventurous niece whom we traveled with. The staff were OK, but all in all I would not recommend this hotel, as you just don't know what kind of room you will get!! (Reviewed by Libby on 09-Feb-2012)
What did you think about our service?... The lady I spoke to at Go Accommodation was very friendly and helpful - she was a pleasure to deal with. She was going solely on the images provided on their website also, and had no idea of what she was booking me into, so I don't blame the dodgy accommodation on her in any way - it was more a misrepresentation on the hotels behalf!! I would definitely use Go Accommodation when booking my next holiday :)
