Clean and tiday - well presented. We did have a few broken glasses in our kitchen and one very dirty knife - was going to mention to reception before booking out but forget. Would have been nice to have been higher up but all in all very happy. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Rung us once our room was ready and were very friendly when asking for towels etc. Nice clean reception area also.
