Room was quite damaged and several of the staff were abrupt when requesting certain things. Overall pleasant stay but certain things could be improved.

The place was great. The ocean view was awesome. The reception staff were very friendly. The room cleaners were very helpful. The only issue was the maintenance team that appeared to have gone on holidays. Despite reporting a non-working room phone to reception staff AND the room cleaners 3 times over 3 days the maintenance team still never fixed my phone before I checked out. This meant several trips to reception if I needed something because I couldn't call them and it was extremely frustrating. Apparently maintenance had more "important" things to fix. Apart from this my stay was great and I would go back again as long the electrical equipment in the room works. If it doesn't I'll yell at them next time to fix it because asking nicely obviously doesn't work.
