Situated across the bay from the Freycinet Peninsula, our B&B is located in the heart of historic Swansea, the oldest rural municipality in Australia.

We have off street parking for four vehicles and our central location makes it an easy walk to all amenities: shops, restaurants, tavern, RSL Club, golf course, jetty and beaches, tennis courts, museums and the magnificent walking track around Waterloo Point.

The Waterview Rooms have queen sized beds, ensuites with showers and private decks. The decks have an uninterrupted view of the bay, as does the breakfast room. The Spa Suite is at the rear of the house provides greater privacy - a king sized bed (which can be divided and used as a twin), a double spa bath (plus a shower cubicle), a generously sized change room and a small court yard. The self-contained Waterview Apartment is on the first floor and consists of a well equipped kitchen, lounge (with a sofa that folds down into a double bed), a bedroom with a queen sized bed, spacious bathroom complete with shower & laundry facilities and a large deck with views of the bay.
