For the special price we paid we were not expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with how good the rooms were. They were spacious, modern and well equipped. Aircons and fans in each room and a free outdoor BBQ area. Also, I've had a few massages over the years and I found the massage therapist was particularly good. The only disappiontment was the very small cooking pan in the room, you couldn't even fit a t'bone steak in it. Over all, 4.5 out of 5 as I don't give full marks for anything. Upon arrival there was an extremely hepful young girl and a darker older man with a friendly nature and good sense of humour. Excellent staff for the very limited amount of time that we spent at the desk.

Without a doubt, one of the nicest resorts I have stayed at during my travels. There are loads of 'luxury' resorts in Port Douglas and Oaks lives up to my expectations. The biggest highlight is definitely the pools. Very nice.

What did you think about our service?... Nice staff, very friendly. Have just bought a voucher to book again later in the year.
