I booked a room with a private balcony, stunning beach and ocean views, I was given a public courtyard could not see beach; the ocean could be seen but only just. Turn the AC on and spray black stuff all over the bed. Try and complain there is no one in the office and won’t answer the phone. The room spa is a normal bath size.
